Start with the famous hospitality of the Chinese. Mix in the delightful decor and add the unexpected panache of our Ming inspired menu. lt's the perfect combination for a joyous gastronomical treat.
Although we concentrate mainly on the more elaborate dishes of Peking, we do, however, include a very selective menu of Cantonese dishes, cuisine from Szechuan provinces and seafood in our speciality.
We will be most happy to assist you in the selection of dishes to suit your individual requirements. For those patrons who have not been initiated into the delights of Chinese cuisine we have suggested set menus, for those who know and love Chinese cooking, we are confident that you will be enchanted by what Min has to offer.
